Items can be returned within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be in new condition, with all tags still attached to the item in order to be eligible for a refund. Used, damaged or worn items can not be returned and will be sent back to the customer. Customer must also provide postal tracking information to enable a reliable tracking of the returned item. We do not offer exchanges at this point in time. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. We can not refund taxes, shipping or duty charges.

All custom made garments are nonrefundable. Client is responsible for providing accurate measurements. Client assumes all alteration costs. Custom made garments will be shipped to client three weeks from payment receipt date.
